ScottsdaleA care guide, in plain words

Find a route to care

What am I checking at an office?

When this comes up

You would rather meet in a room. You have found an office offering peptide care and want a clear place to start.

Find out who makes treatment decisions after reviewing your health. Get the professional role as well as the name on the door.

A place and a person have different records

Arizona's Health Department links to facility records and licence history. Its facility search does not replace checking the person treating you with the right professional board.

As of October 3, 2026, many private offices run by Arizona-licensed health professionals are exempt from a separate licence for their premises. But some do, including urgent care centres and offices where patients stay overnight.

So a missing facility entry alone does not show that an office is operating unlawfully, as of October 3, 2026.

Ask Arizona's Health Department whether this office needs a facility licence for the care it gives. Use the answer to check the office, rather than judging it by its business name.

Bring a clear starting point

  • Who will discuss my health history with me?
  • Who makes the treatment decision?
  • Will we discuss options beyond the advertised medicine?
  • Who do I reach with questions after leaving?

Bring the drug name you saw, your current medicine list, and your main concern. Write down questions that an advert did not answer. Leave room to ask why an option fits, or why it does not.
