ScottsdaleA care guide, in plain words

Work through the bill

What does the full bill include?

When this comes up

A low starting price caught your eye. You want the amount for the whole plan, including what happens after the offer ends.

Ask for a written total with the pieces named. Keep the medicine price, the visit charge, and any ongoing fee on separate lines.

A real starting price still has limits

As of September 26, 2026, the government cash-price site listed semaglutide (Wegovy) tablets starting at $149 per month.

That was the lowest-strength starting price, not a quote for every strength or the full care plan.

As of September 26, 2026, the government site listed a starting cash price of $199 per month for semaglutide (Wegovy) injections. It was for new patients getting their first two monthly supplies from the pharmacy. Only the lower starting strengths were included. Later supplies could have a different price.

Those are dated cash offers, not local clinic prices. Ask which terms cover the particular product you are discussing.

Ask for these lines in the quote

  • What does the visit to review my health cost?
  • Is the medicine included?
  • Are tests, delivery, or supplies separate?
  • Is there an ongoing membership charge?
  • What is the usual refill price after an offer?
  • What are the cancellation and refund terms?

As of September 26, 2026, several cash-price offers and drug makers' discount offers had terms that ended on December 31, 2026.

Check the price and the offer's rules again after its end date. The end date does not tell you what the next price will be.

Ask whether a coupon or discount card is needed for the quoted price and who provides it.
